At the end of February 2007, Umicore Galvanotechnik successfully passed the recertification audit carried out by the TÜV Rheinland Group. This audit is necessary for maintaining the validity of the certificate according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. The final audit report confirmed the full conformity with all standard requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 in all areas of Umicore Galvanotechik without any deviations. Therefore TÜV CERT has renewed the period of validity of the certificate for another three years, it is now valid until 6 April 2010.
