Invitation to Productronica in Munich from 15 - 18 November 2011

Umicore Electroplating will have pleasure in inviting you to attend at Productronica, the 19th international trade fair for innovative electronics production. In Hall B1, Booth 345 we present us with a new look and slogan “The world of noble and functional surfaces”. We inform you about the current processes for printed circuit boards and the electronics industry.

The major topics are:

• The hard gold electrolyte AURUNA^® 5400 with excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance;
• The new high-speed electrolyte ARGUNA^® 4500 for the selective deposition of fine silver;
• The ENIG surface with cost-effective immersion gold electrolyte and ENEPIG process with a semi-autocatalytic gold deposition;
• The newly developed palladium-nickel electrolyte PALLUNA^® ACF 200 for PCB applications and
• the palladium-nickel high-speed electrolyte PALLUNA^® ACF 100.
  Both processes are ammonium-free and provide better working conditions in avoiding harmful emissions.
