We will be with our partners Uyemura and Taiyo at Productronica 2007 in Hall B5, Stand B5.205.

At Productronica 2003, Uyemura and Umicore Galvanotechnik signed a representative agreement. More than 20 well-known manufacturers of printed circuit boards have come to appreciate the outstanding properties of the Uyemura products since then. These products combine good processability with excellent layer properties. With Taiyo, the second leading specialist company from Japan could be won about a year ago now.

In this sphere, Umicore Galvanotechnik has developed into the leading supplier of systems for final printed circuit board finishes. A new development for gold wire bondable final finishes has to be mentioned in particular: ENIPIG, an immersion palladium process integrated into the well-established ENIG Process.
